Rave: The Groove Adventure Manga Review

The manga that made the mangaka Hiro Mashima popular, Rave: The Groove Adventure, is a story about an ordinary boy named Haru Glory who lives in a secluded island called Garage Island. Haru lived a simple life until he met Plue the Rave’s bearer and Shiba the previous Rave master who fight against the evil organization called Demon Card. Onto their fated encounter, Haru becomes the second Rave master and must save the world from its destruction. What will happen to Haru on his journey towards attaining peace?

Background: Rave: The Groove Adventure was published in English by Tokyopop as Rave Master for 32 volumes from February 11, 2003 to February 10, 2009 until their license with Kodansha expired. Del Rey later gained the license and published the final three volumes in a single omnibus on May 24, 2011. It was also published in Spanish as Rave by Norma Editorial from February 2004 to February 2010.
